Majestic Paper Horses Grace Lincoln Cathedral -U.K

 

Using sheets of A1 paper, famed paper artist Richard Sweeney created four sculptural life-sized horse for an Olympic-inspired flower festival. Set inside Lincoln Cathedral in the UK, “Dreams of Gold” saw tens of thousands of flowers from every corner of the world turned into horses, chariots and flames. No doubt the stars of the show were Sweeney’s majestic paper sculptures. His stunning horses are made of paper, pine, aluminium wire, adhesive to create these flexible works of art.
